This new feature gives you a comprehensive view of your current search implementation through an easy-to-understand set of cards.

Key features of the overview:

• Instant access to search configurations:The overview is designed to give you a quick snapshot of your main search features and associated metrics. For instance, the "Indexed Documents" card displays the total number of documents indexed. It breaks down the data into categories like products, HTML pages, PDFs, YouTube videos, and FAQs. This segmentation allows you to understand the main elements of your indexed content at a glance.
• Direct navigation:Efficiency is key. Each card in the overview comes with a convenient arrow located in the top-right corner, or/and a blue-colored "Configure" search bar. Clicking on this arrow or the search bar will take you directly to the corresponding section of the control panel. This means you can instantly jump to the area you need to adjust or inspect without unnecessary clicks, saving you valuable time.

Understanding your overall search settings is fundamental to fine-tuning your search performance. Our new feature gives you a clear and detailed overview of:

• Indexed Documents: see how many products, HTML pages, PDF, documents, YouTube videos and FAQs you have indexed so far and the areas which require your attention.
• Search queries: integrate and configure the search plugin to enhance your site's search functionality
• Data sources: check, add and manage sources to include all relevant content in your search index.
• Data structuring lets you organize your data for accurate and relevant search results.
• Search settings lets you see how filters and sorting improve your search performance. You can now adjust filters and sorting options more easily to help users find what they need.
• Result Manager: Customize and prioritize search results to display the most relevant content.

• Transparency:you no longer have to guess what functionalities you have enabled. The preview provides a clear breakdown of all functions, helping you to ensure that everything important is searchable and easily accessible to your administrators.
• Detailed insights:beyond just numbers, the preview offers tabled facts, providing a deeper layer of information. Whether it’s the number of filters, sorting options, dictionary entries or the type of indexed content, this feature ensures you have all the details at your fingertips.

Instant suggestions to optimize search results

One of the most exciting additions is our new instant suggestions feature. If you're looking to improve the performance of your search engine, our system now provides expert recommendations directly within your control panel.

How it works:

• Performance Monitoring:the system tracks search queries that are underperforming or not yielding results. These queries are highlighted in an infobox situated just below the card deck in your overview.



• Actionable recommendations:instead of just identifying issues, the system provides actionable suggestions on how to optimize these queries. Whether it’s adjusting search algorithms or indexing additional content, these recommendations are tailored to enhance your search results.

Expert support at your fingertips
